古くて綺麗でもないですが、スイミングスクールNSI があるのはありがたい。
ベビースイミング、幼児スイミング、選手、大人のスイミング？、ヨガ？もあるみたいです。
個人で入場することも可能。大人600円くらい。
プール入って、左側が女性専用通路で更衣室、右側が男性専用通路と更衣室です。要注意。
写真は二階の展望室です。ガラス越しにプールが見えます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段はスイミングスクールとして通っています。一般利用ならその時間帯を外したいところでしょうか、、。駐車場もいっぱいですし、何より使えるレーンが少ない。日曜に行った時は快適です。幼児用単純浮き輪なら持ち込み可です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日はレッスンコースが4コース設定されており、ウォーキングと遊泳レーンが2コースしかありません。
しかも遊泳レーンもウォーキング可能のようで泳いでいると歩いている人に詰まってしまう事が多々あり非常に泳ぎにくいです。
出来ればとウォーキングと遊泳はきっちり分けてほしいです。
