There is a pool and gym so anyone can keep healthy. There are aerobics, yoga, and hula dance classes in the studio, which is fun.

夏季（6月～）は地域の小学校のプール教育にも使われているので、その時間を前もってチェックされてから行かれる事をお勧めします。

私が行ったときは祝日で休みでしたがスクールのみ利用できるようでした。
スクールで施設開けるなら一般利用もさせてもいいのでは？
更に冬季は日曜日休みのようです。

When I went there it was a holiday and it seemed like it could only be used at school.
If the facility can be opened at school, may it be used for general use?
Furthermore, it seems to be closed on Sundays in winter.

新しいトレーニングマシーンも入り本当に快適ですが、もう少し休憩スペースや準備運動スペースがあればなと思います。
You can use the gym and pool for 500 yen, which is very reasonable.
It's really comfortable with a new training machine, but I'd like to have a little more rest space and preparatory exercise space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9月の日曜日に利用。人は少なかったです。一番大きいプールが深さ110センチ以上で、コースごとに専用割りされていました。歩く、泳ぐ、自由が2コースずつくらい。
二番目に大きいプールは深さ90センチ。何をしてもＯＫ。
その他は温水ジャグジーが5箇所。
誰でも滑れる滑り台が一つだけあります。なかなかスピードがでて楽しい。
ボタン押したら流れる滝？が２つ、全身シャワーが二ヶ所。
未就学児の子連れで行くととても楽しめました。
更衣室も綺麗です。トイレも綺麗。鏡とドライヤーとシャワー3つはカーテンつき。
大人一人で子供二人まで連れていけます(子供とは小学三年まで)
プールに入る前に会員証を書いて作るのが面倒なくらい。カード無くすと100円と書いてあります。
祝日は休み？みたいです。気をつけましょう。スイミングスクールはやってるみたいでした。
Used on Sunday of September. There were few people. The largest pool was over 110 cm deep and was dedicated to each course. There are about 2 courses of walking, swimming, and freedom.
The second largest pool is 90 cm deep. No matter what you do, it's OK.
There are 5 other hot water jacuzzis.
There is only one slide that anyone can slide. It's pretty fast and fun.
A waterfall that flows when you press a button? There are two and two full-body showers.
I enjoyed traveling with preschoolers.
The changing room is also beautiful. The toilet is clean. Mirror, hairdryer and 3 showers come with curtains.
One adult can bring up to two children (Children are up to the third grade of elementary school)
It's a hassle to write a membership card before entering the pool. It is written as 100 yen if you lose the card.
Holidays are closed? it seems like. be careful. It was like swimming school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の昼間に行きました、めちゃくちゃ空いていて貸切状態でした。室内の温度も快く気づいたら2時間以上トレーニングしてました。
体組成計があって自由に使うことかできます。プールの方にはジャグジー、シャワー、寝湯もあります。幼い頃祖母の家に遊びにきたときには良く連れてきてもらいました。
