This is a nostalgic station that I used when I was a student. There are no special changes in the surroundings as much as an automatic ticket machine was created.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電車の本数が少ない割に、構内には待合室処か自販機すらなく、乗客に対する利便性は極めて低い。
待合室だけでも早急に導入すべき。

ただ、写真で見る限りでは、名鉄の標準的な無人駅ですね。
名鉄は、10年ぐらい前から、無人駅を駅集中管理システムを導入して、不正乗車防止に努めたり、自動改札機や券売機を設置して、乗務員の負担軽減に努めてます。
すいません、行った事無いから、いらない情報しか掲載出来ませんでした。

Meitetsu has introduced a station central control system for unmanned stations about 10 years ago, and strives to prevent unauthorized riding, and installs automatic ticket gates and ticket vending machines to reduce the burden on the crew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蒲郡線の無人駅。ホームは名古屋方面と蒲郡方面でわかれています。
改札口はひとつだけ。券売機もひとつです。
自転車置場は それなりにあり、トイレも完備されています。
Unmanned station of Gamagori line. Homes are divided into Nagoya and Gamagori.
There is only one ticket gate. There is one ticket machine.
There is a bicycle storage area, and toilets are fully equipped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三河鹿島から乗り、ここで降りて田園風景の中を西尾駅へ散歩がてら向かう。これが最近のお気に入り。たまには田園風景もいいもんです。だいたい30分くらいですよ。
Take the train from Mikawa-Kashima, get off here, and take a walk to Nishio Station in the countryside. This is my recent favorite. Sometimes the rural scenery is also nice. It's about 30 minutes.
