 A fine stone wall at the entrance. It is a place of relaxation for the citizens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 図書館の駐車横断歩道を渡って、深谷城址に行ってまいりました。入ると中央にピラミッドのオブジェがあって、石垣で組んだような形になっているんですが、他には東屋とかちょっとした遊具があるだけで何もありませんでした
I crossed the parking pedestrian crossing of the library and went to the Fukaya castle site. When I entered, there was a pyramid object in the center, and it looked like it was assembled with Ishigaki, but there was nothing else but an eastern store and a little playset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公園としてはきれいに整備されていていいんだが城としてはイマイチ。
城壁があるだけで特に歴史的なものは何もなく、土塁なども見られない。
お向かいの青天を衝け深谷大河ドラマ館見たあとのバス待ちの時間に暇つぶしで行く程度のもの。水堀は苔が生えていてとても汚い。城壁は誤解を招きかねないのであまり。
公園としては自販機やトイレもあり公園としてなら評価は5つ星。
青天を衝け深谷大河ドラマ館からは徒歩で2分、3分でつく。
歴史的なものは期待しないほうがいい。城壁もあとから作られたものだろう。
公園としてならいいんだけどな。
It's okay for the park to be well maintained, but it's not good for a castle.
There is nothing particularly historical, just the walls, and there are no earthworks.
It's about going to kill time while waiting for the bus after seeing the Fukaya Okawa Drama Hall by hitting the blue sky opposite. The water moat is very dirty with moss growing on it. The walls are too misleading.
The park has vending machines and toilets, and the park is rated 5 stars.
It takes 2 or 3 minutes on foot from Fukaya Okawa Drama Museum to hit the blue sky.
Don't expect anything historic. The walls were probably made later.
I hope it's a park.

隣接している浅間神社に濠の跡が確認できます。
石垣と土塀がありますが、模擬と思われます。
Although it is a castle park, there are almost no remains.
You can see the remains of the moat at the adjacent Asama Shrine.
There are stone walls and earthen walls, but it seems to be a mock.

江戸時代の初めに廃城となるまで200年以上に渡り深谷の中心であり続けました。
外堀に沿って桜が植えられており、正面入口の桜トンネルが。紅葉も美しい。
ターザンロープや滑り台などの遊具も揃う、市民に人気の居心地のいい公園です。
Fukaya Castle is a large-scale castle built by Mr. Uesugi Fukaya during the Warring States period, and was an impregnable castle that used natural lowlands.
It remained the center of Fukaya for over 200 years until it was abandoned at the beginning of the Edo period.
Sakura is planted along the outer moat, and there is a cherry blossom tunnel at the front entrance. The autumn leaves are also beautiful.
It is a cozy park popular with citizens, with playset such as Tarzan ropes and slides.
