★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十二湖のなかで長池とともに、アカショウビンが東南アジアから繁殖のために渡ってくることで知られる池です。渡来する夏季は畔に野鳥カメラマンたちの三脚が立ち並びます。仲道の池は車道から近いこと、水深が浅いため野鳥のエサ場になっていることで、全国の野鳥カメラマン・バードウォッチャーにとって大人気のスポットなのだとか。しかも仲道の池にいるアカショウビンはモデルをしてくれる、つまり歓迎してくれるかのような素振りで逃げないとして有名なのだそうです。景勝地としては、訪れたとき渇水の影響で極度に水が少なかったのですが、水面に樹林がきれいに映り込んでいて印象的な池でした。
Along with Nagaike among the Lake twelve, it is a pond that is known to pass red shobin for reproduction from Southeast Asia. During the summer, trips by wild bird photographers stand on the shore. It is a popular spot for bird photographers and bird watchers throughout the country because the pond on Nakado is close to the driveway and it is a feeding spot for wild birds because of the shallow water depth. Furthermore, it is said that Akashin in the pond on the way will be a model, meaning that it will not run away as if it is welcome. As a scenic spot, when I visited there was extremely little water due to the effects of drought, but it was an impressive pond with trees clearly reflected in the water surface.
