11時半の予約で、11時25分頃に到着。
別室に通されました。
そこで、12時20分程までひたすら待たされました。
この病院に限ったことではないですが、
予約させておいて、一時間近く待たせる人間の神経が分かりません。
「医者と患者」とか「診察」の都合など関係ありません。
一時間ですよ？
通常の人間に備わっている「時間を守ろう」という意識が欠落しているとしか思えません。
予約を回せないのであれば、システムを改善してください。
もしくは、患者の待ち時間のデータを取り、無駄のない動きを作ってください。
「業務が多い」というのは、「やるべきこと」を放置してもいい免罪符ではありません。
誰だって忙しいです。
ましては病院なら相手は患者です。
体力削って病院に足を運んで、体力削って待ってるんです。
人の時間を奪っている感覚がなさ過ぎます。
もっと言えば、「約束を守れない」って子供以下ですよ？
やる気が無いなら店舗なんか畳んで、訪問外来に特化した方がマシです。
それなら「待つ」ということに体力を削られることはないので、いくらでも待ってあげますよ。
約束を守れないのなら相応のリスクは取るべきでしょう？
とにかく、予約の取り方を今一度見直し、
「お客の時間を頂いている」という感覚をしっかりと持ってください。
 I made an appointment for the first visit at a fever outpatient clinic.
I made a reservation at 11:30 and arrived at around 11:25.
I was sent to another room.
So I just waited until about 12:20.
Not limited to this hospital,

It seems that the consciousness of "keeping time" that ordinary human beings have is lacking.
If you can't make a reservation, improve your system.
Alternatively, take the patient's waiting time data and make a lean move.
"Many jobs" is not an indulgence that allows you to leave "what to do".
Everyone is busy.
In a hospital, the other person is a patient.
I'm shaving and going to the hospital, shaving and waiting.
I don't feel like I'm taking people's time too much.
In other words, "I can't keep my promise" is less than a child, right?
If you are not motivated, it is better to fold the store and specialize in visiting outpatients.
In that case, "waiting" will not reduce your physical strength, so I will wait as much as you want.
