Hmm? delicious! The noodles are chewy and hot soup with the light taste of Tokyo ramen (´ `) Fried rice ... It's light and delicious (^^) Dumplings ... It's punchy and this is delicious, I love it ♥ The menu is also very rich and seems to be very deep.
K	Kazpard Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 谷保駅の近くにある、普通の街の中華屋さんです。おじいさんとおばあさんが作ってくれます。メニューは、ラーメン、チャーハン、野菜炒め、定食など多数です。チャーハンは、650円で、スープがついており、とても普通に美味しかったです。スープは強い魚介系の風味があります。きっとラーメンも美味しいのでしょうね。今度チャレンジしてみます。客は常連客というような客も多くて、顔で挨拶していたりしました。コロナ対策のパーティションはなく、消毒液はあり、入口は大きく開け放たれていました。平日の昼に訪問し、席はほぼ一杯でしたが少しだけ空席があり、スムーズに入れました。会計は現金のみでした。 It is a Chinese restaurant in an ordinary town near Yaho station. T	T M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初は薄味系かなぁと思いましたが、通うほどだんだん分かってきます。他の店が濃いんだよと。いつもベースメニューのラーメンチャーハン、餃子が美味しすぎて、ほかのメニューに浮気ができないのが悩みです。つけ麺がまた独特で病みつきにうまいです。普通中華って胃が弱ってるときは行きたくない店が大半です。近所だと南京亭や香来、ポパイがそれですね。丸信はベクトルが違うので唯一無二です。近くにあったら是非何回か通ってみてください。私も1度目は実はそんなにピンときませんで、暫く間が空きましたが、2回目に行った時、マジで行かなかった期間に人生を損した気持ちで悔やみましたw。いつも平均的に美味いですが、時々神ってる日がありますw 神ってる時の炒飯、餃子、ラーメンは心までほぐしてくれますね。それも通う楽しみになりますよ。あらゆる世代が居心地いいと思います。国立、谷保での居場所感があります。子連れにも優しいと思います。 At first I thought it was a light taste, but the more I go, the more I understand. M	MITSURU KATAKURA (ものごころ) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 谷保ゆえか、薄味のラーメンとチャーハン。国立市谷保。かつて友達が国立に住んでいたので、たまに訪れたり、桜の季節には谷保まで歩いてきたり、思い出のある街。丸信はこの街の駅前にあって、ノスタルジックではないが、ご高齢の調理人達が腕を振るっている古株のお店。ラーメンもチャーハンもあっさりと作られていて、ラーメンスープの塩味も本当にギリギリwチャーシューだけがある程度の塩味を持っているのでここを中心に組み立てる。いずれ60、70になった頃にこの店の味付けがどハマりするようになるんだろうか。そんな思いにかられた薄味と濃い思い出 Maybe because of Taniho, light ramen and fried rice. 大	大山建樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事終わりに谷保駅で何食べるかとなって閉店30分前なのに入れてくれたお店で、店内の雰囲気もよく地域に愛されてる昔ながらの中華なお店だなーと思いました！！お料理も全部美味しく！麻婆豆腐は醤油味？だったイメージで辛いではなく旨味がある味でした！ラーメンは魚介系のスープで定食のスープも同じで、仕事で疲れた身体に優しい味です✨ 餃子はニンニンの香りが丁度良く、肉汁も出てきて餃子好きにはたまらない一皿✨ チャーハンはほんのちょっとしっとりしてる感じのチャーハンで、味も濃すぎない味付けで、ガツガツ食べれてすごく満足できました? このコロナの中でも負けずに頑張って欲しいです！！ At the end of work, I decided to eat at Yaho station, and even though it was 30 minutes before the store closed, I thought it was an old-fashioned Chinese restaurant that has a good atmosphere and is loved by the community! !! w	wataru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで食事すると、自然と優しい気分になるんですよね。料理の優しさはもちろん、お店で働かれてるご家族を見てると笑顔になり、温かい気持ちになります。月に１度、谷保を訪れる用事があるのですが。その用事なんかオマケみたいなもんで、ここが目的みたいになってます。何を食べても美味しいですよ。関係ないと言われたんですが、昔昔、国立駅前に同じ屋号の店があり、子供の頃から通ってました。その店がなくなり、この店に通い始めたんですが、味が似てるんですよね〜。何かしら関係してるのかな？なんて、前に聞いたコトあるんですが、関係はないと言われました。昨今の足してく料理じゃなく、シンプルでありつつ美味しさが滲みてる感じ。懐かしいと思えるかなと。今日もまた、地元民であろう老若男女が笑顔で食事をしていました。地元に愛されてる店だし、いつまでもこの店を続けてほしいです。 When you eat here, you naturally feel kind. The medium-thick noodles were delicious with the nostalgic simple ramen based on seafood and soy sauce. The price is pretty conscientious I'm a pork bone sect, so it has 3 stars, but I wonder if it's acceptable to those who like it.
