ホロホロのチャーシューは本当に絶品。
スープはいわゆる醤油ラーメンの感じとは違い、上品な中華レストランの汁そばのよう。
ボンヤリと薄いスープではなく、ハッキリとした旨味と塩味を感じるものの脂っこくない美味しいスープでした。
クオリティーと価格が合っていない…めちゃくちゃ美味しいうえに安い!!

Pork roasted pork is really excellent.
Unlike so-called soy sauce ramen, the soup is like the soup soba of an elegant Chinese restaurant.
It was a delicious soup that was not greasy and thin, but had a clear taste and saltiness, but was not greasy.
The quality and the price do not match... It's incredibly delicious and cheap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通りかかった時に、開いていたら入ってみたいなと思いつつ、営業時間が不明のため、ある日は11:30ごろ、ある日は12:00前、と時間帯を変えながらトライしていたけど、なかなかのれんが出ておらず、3回目は12時回ってから、初めてのれんがかかっているところを見たため入店。
女性2名で調理と配膳。お母さんと娘さんなんだろうか。
メニューの品目は少なめだが、ラーメンと半チャーハンセットが750円とリーズナブル。ラーメンは見た目、昔ながらの中華そばだが、スープは甘みを感じさせつつ生姜を効かせた、上品な旨味を感じた。
チャーハンもパラパラに仕上がっていて美味しい。
店内にも営業時間を示す情報が見当たらず、いったい何時に行くのが最適解か不明なのでまたトライしたい。
When I passed by, I thought that I would like to enter if it was open, but because the business hours are unknown, I was trying while changing the time zone, one day around 11:30 and another day before 12:00. It was hard to get goodwill, and the third time around 12 o'clock, I entered the store because I saw the first goodwill.
Cooking and serving with 2 women. Is it a mother and a daughter?
There are few items on the menu, but the ramen and half fried rice set is reasonably priced at 750 yen. The ramen looks like traditional Chinese soba, but the soup has an elegant taste with ginger while making it sweet.
The fried rice is also spicy and delicious.
I can't find any information about business hours in the store, and I'm not sure what time to go, so I'd like to try again.

タンメンを食べましたが、野菜の旨味が溶け込んだ美味しいスープに麺の相性も良く最高。
また食べに行きます。
次は味噌か広東麺食べてみたい。

I ate tanmen, but the noodles go great with the delicious soup that has the flavor of vegetables.
I will go to eat again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのお店は完全にノーマークでしたが、国立の南側でラーメンというとムタヒロか風びのほぼ二択でした。これからは少なくとも三択以上になりますね。昔ながらの中華そば、という感じでとても素朴な美味しさが楽しめました。この手の『懐かしい感じの中華そば』って、なんだかんだ年に数回試す機会があるのですが、意外と当たりって引けないものというイメージがあります。単に味が薄いだけとか、他に何か“コレジャナイ感”あったりと。こちらのお店は、見た目は【ザ・中華そば】ながら、基の味がしっかりしてるからか、食べごたえありますね。生姜なのかな、わずかに感じる隠し味のような、アクセントが利いているような印象を持ちました。具材も本当にシンプルですが、チャーシューなどは単品でお酒飲みたくなるような旨さ。箸でポロポロと崩れる柔らかさです。昨今、ワンコインでお釣りのくる450円という驚異的なコスパもさることながら、値段の安さではなく、本来の味の良さで勝負できるお店かと思います。見た目の入店しづらさ（主観ですが）は少し勿体無いかな？でも、常連さんも多そうで、ただの杞憂かもしれません。

Isn't it a little uncomfortable to look at (it's subjective)? However, there are many regulars, so it may be just a melancholy.

I wanted to eat this kind of fried rice! I wanted to eat this kind of ramen! In the middle of a nostalgic taste that seems likely and you can hardly meet. It was really delicious.

清潔感のある店内。
ラーメンの中で1番食べたのはここの「ラーメン」。
醤油ベースで、なんとも言えない深みがあり、本当に美味しい。
火曜、水曜、金曜、土曜はやっていることが多いが、閉まっていることも。
It seems that there are up to 5 seats.
Clean interior.
The most eaten ramen is "ramen" here.
It's based on soy sauce, has an indescribable depth, and is really delicious.
I often do it on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, but sometimes it's closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日の訪問先は地元国立に有ります金水園に行って来ました。暫くコロナ禍の為お店を閉めておりましたがやっと行くことが出来ました。スープは醤油味で昔懐かしい味でした、チャーシュー麺を頂きましたお値段は安いです。又美味しく頂きました。
Today's visit was to Kinsuien in Kunitachi. The shop was closed for a while due to the corona, but I was finally able to go. The soup tasted soy sauce and had a nostalgic taste. I got the char siu noodles and the price is cheap. It was delicious again.

こちらのラーメンは人生最高の味といっても過言じゃないと思ってます。

国立に住まれる学生さんは是非とも足を運ぶべきと思います。
