他の方のレビューにも有るように、生クリームに甘さが足りないかなと……
生クリーム好きには、チョイ惜しい感じです。
チョコレートは、文句無しの絶品でした♪

以前は季節の商品としてぐるぐると毎年同じ商品で回していた印象でしたが、今年に入ってから、新商品が一気に増えて新しい雰囲気がどこかあります。
自身は生クリームやチョコレートなど濃厚なものが苦手なのですが、焼き菓子も冷菓子もシンプルで無駄な味がないところが、くどくなくて好きです。すごい甘いわけではないのに、しっかりとした焼き色と香りがして、自分へのご褒美に購入するのにハマってます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 栗のロールケーキとクレームブリュレを買いました。他にも美味しそうなケーキやタルトがいっぱい！あれもこれも食べてみたいものばかり。レジ横のパイも美味しそうでした。
クレームブリュレは直前に表面を焼いてくれましたよ。
ロールケーキもブリュレもとても美味しかったです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よく手土産に頂くお菓子のお店だったので行ってみた。甘さが控えめ、単調な味かな。個人的には城之崎や今之浦のケーキ屋が好み。接客はノーマル、ややドライ。クリスマスケーキ儲かっているようだった。

ここのケーキがこの辺では一番かな。
タルトが美味しい。モンブランが好き。接客は、ドライだが、まぁ忙しいし、人員も少ないので、気持ちもわかるから、そこは、求めてないので、美味しいケーキを食べたくて、月に一度は自分へのごほうびに足を運びます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日(火曜日)に営業時間と定休日をスマホのマップで確認して行こうと思い途中で品物が有るかの確認をしようと思い電話したら「本日火曜日は定休日の為お休みです」のアナウンスが…家から30分程かかるので途中で電話したからよかったのですが今時スマホの情報が間違っているのは少し問題だと思います。美味しいケーキもお菓子もあるのに残念です。

今ではオーナー夫妻ですが、その頃からの癖でマスターと呼んでいます。
ひいき目で評価していないつもりですが…
今は代替わりしていますが、味は引き継がれています。経営や接客の事は分かりません。巷に洋菓子屋さんが増えていて、目移りも多々しますが、家田のケーキ?を食べると
「やっぱり家田のケーキ美味しい‼️」と声に出ます。フルーツはマスターが、厳選したものを使用しています。
好みは人それぞれですが、1度召し上がってみて下さい❤️
