人気店で、店内で少し待ちましたが回転は速いです。
今回はメンマラーメンを注文！
想像以上のメンマの量でした。
食べても食べても減らない。麺に到達しない。
逆に麺を探すくらいでした！

メンマは食べ応えがあってとても美味しいのですが
これは完全に夜に
ビールと一緒に食べるやつでした。
おつまみメンマに、おまけにラーメンが付いてきた！
という感覚でしょうか。
スープは魚介豚骨系で美味しかったです。
チャーシューは肉厚！
回りをあぶってあるのか香ばしさもあり
とても美味しかったです。しかも2枚入ってる♪
次回、ランチで行く時は通常のラーメンを注文してみたいです。

カレーは失敗かな。。普通の方が好来系の良さが際立ちます。
チャーシューがかなり塩気強い。

「藤味亭」を訪問。
醤油ラーメンを食べました。
スープは旨味とコクが実に良く出ている。
トロリとしているのに後味はすっきり、絶妙の味わい。
チャーシューも素晴らしい。
値段に見合うラーメンである。
他の店も見習って欲しいのは、ラーメン丼がキチンと湯煎で暖めてあること。
この一手間がラーメンの美味しさを倍増させているのだ。

9年10ヶ月ぶりの再訪、前回と同じメニューを。
正午ちょい前だったのでスープは若干浅いものの、好来系の古株店では最も好みの味。
味付け・弾力・口ほどけの三拍子揃ったチャーシューは、品切れじゃなかったら必食。
実のところ、チャーシュー単品でテイクアウトできたら最高だろうなぁ。

所謂、好来系の古株店。
鶏ガラ豚骨×魚介に根菜類をや香味野菜を合わせた薬膳スープと呼ばれるものだが、今まで食べた好来系の中で最も滋味深さが圧倒的な上質の豚骨魚介。
鉢一面に敷き詰められた分厚いチャーシューが驚く程に美味い特筆ものだ。
美味い、美味すぎる。

久しぶりのコウライ系です
正に優しい味でした
飲んだ後とかは最高のマッチングだと思う
出汁が効いてスープの深みと優しい味が飽きる事がない完成度高いスープです
また麺は中太麺で食べ応えあり
しっかりスープを吸い上げてくれます
量は多目です
普通のラーメンでもお腹いっぱいになります
チャーシューは肉厚ながら、スルッと噛み切れてスープに近い深みのある味わいが楽しめました！
さすがに午前中でチャーシューが、オーダーストップになる味でした。
金山で飲みがある時は必ずまた行きたいお店であります。
駐車場は無いので近隣パーキングに停めました。
道挟んだ対面に名鉄協商あるから問題無しです
