自分から名乗る前に名前を言われたのは、前回のトラブルで電話番号で登録されてるからだとは思うが、それを客に悟られるような電話対応はお粗末すぎるので低評価します
相変わらずダメな会社な気がします。

1台もないって言ってるだろ！
と罵倒された！
だが、玉幡第一交通に電話したら10分で来てくれた。
まじクソ対応！
If the taxi is too caught and you call, free dial and regular phone will be connected to the same first traffic!
You said you did not have one!
