★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妊娠中、体調不良で急遽病院に行くことに。で、近くのタクシーを呼んできてもらったのがこちらの会社。ドライバーさんがすごく親切で、病院に着くまでの間、最短で行きますね！とか、ガタガタしますよ！とか今〇〇の付近を通過してますよ。あとこれくらいです、と、ちくいち、後部座席で横になってるわたしに対して教えてくださいました。そして、病院について、そばを歩いてくださいました。そして、その際に、触ったりしないから大丈夫！転びそうになったら手助けするから！と、付き添い、車椅子に乗ってわたしが見えなくなるまで見送ってくださいました。山梨在住だと、滅多にタクシー乗らずにすごしてきましたが、こちらの会社の某ドライバーさんは本当に親切でした。運転手さんにもよるのでしょうが、本当にありがたいと感じました。

The driver is very kind and it takes me the shortest time to get to the hospital! Or rattle! I'm passing around or now. That's about it, I told me that I was lying in the back seat. He walked by the hospital. And it's okay because you don't touch it! I'll help you if you are about to fall! He accompanied me and took me in a wheelchair until I could not see. When I lived in Yamanashi, I rarely spent a taxi ride, but a certain driver of this company was really kind. It depends on the driver, but I felt really grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忙しくてコーヒーも飲めないなどとタクシーを頼んだ我々が悪いかの様な文句を言い付ける上に目的地の駐車場の奥まで進み、わざとメーターを上げるあり得ないタクシー会社だと思います。もう絶対に利用しません。
I asked for a taxi because I was too busy to drink coffee, and after complaining that we were bad, I went to the back of the parking lot at the destination and thought that it was an impossible taxi company that intentionally raised the meter. I will never use it anymore.
