サックサクな衣とミンチの肉汁が最高です。
すでに揚げられたのがあるときはその冷めたのを渡されるので注意です。
揚げたてが欲しいと言えば新しいの揚げてくれるのかもしれませんオジサンは試したことないのでわかりません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔ながらの肉屋。当たり前ですが、値段としてはスーパーより1〜2割高いのかもしれません。しかしスーパーの肉にありがちな脂だらけスジだらけといった部分が無く、これって地味に大切なことだよなぁと思います。
安定して良い肉です。
