★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日までこちらの会社の管理マンションに住んでおりました。入居中に設備の不具合がありましたが、対応が正確かつ早く、それ以外にもいつ電話しても対応が良く快適に生活することができました。約5年の間お世話になりました。

There was a problem with the equipment while I was moving in, but the response was accurate and quick, and in addition to that, I was able to respond well and live comfortably whenever I called. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話の応対が最悪。電話かけてきといて「お時間大丈夫ですか？」の確認もなしに一方的に要件伝えて、口調もきついしイライラしてんのか知らんけど怒りぎみに話されるし、不愉快でしかない。今後二度とここの管理会社とは関わりたくないので今住んでる物件契約解除して他のところに引っ越しします。女性の方でした。
The answer to the phone is the worst. I don't know if I'm angry and annoyed by calling and telling the requirements unilaterally without confirming "Is your time okay?", But it's just unpleasant. I don't want to be involved with the management company here again, so I will cancel the contract of the property I live in and move to another place. It was a woman.
