★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 患者さんに寄り添った診察をしてくれます。検査は必要最低限しかしないので、ほかの病院と比べて診察代が安くて驚きます。
紹介先は労災病院。
番号札をもらったら外出できるのが助かります。
ただしまわりに時間をつぶす場所はなく、コンビニもありません。新横浜の駅か岸根公園の駅まで戻ることになります。

看護師さんや受付の人も沢山いて安心感があります。
ただ前回、診察してもらってから１ヶ月しか経ってないのに初診料をとられました。
２回ともインフルエンザの疑いでの診察でしたので、受付の人に間違いですよね？と訴えましたが却下されました。

引っ越してきてから酷い風邪を引いて、他の病院に行っても全然効果がなく、治しきれずに悪化しておりました。
人気のせいか少し待ちますが、先生はしっかり話を聞いてくれて、それに合わせて分かりやすく処方する薬の説明をして頂けました。
新横浜は専門医は多いけど、総合的な内科は少なく困っていました。今度からこのクリニックを使います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 微熱があるので朝イチ番に受付へ電話をしました。一部始終を説明したところWEB問診をやって一時間後に電話を掛け直すよう指示を受ける。
一時間後に連絡をしたら、次は看護師専用に３０分後にかけ直せ。しかも一度説明したことをもう一度話すように、と。前日コロナの検査で陰性と伝えても、証明書がないなら信用しない。
このご時世なかなか診療も難しいのは分かります。でもいち早く体調を治したいから病院に連絡してるんです。何度も何度も、いつまでも、患者の負担は関係なしですか？
健康な人だけ診るなら病院である意味はありませんよね。
近所でかかりつけ医にしたかったですが、非常に残念でなりません。
