虫歯だけど、三回治療した、なおしません。また、患者の意見を全然聞きませんでした。態度も悪いすぎです。患者に直接叫びます。”おもてなし”の文化全然がありません。
They have problem with the professional skills. I really doubt about their technical skill since they can't treat the dental caries after 3 times treatments.
Moreover, the main doctor is arrogant and conservative. He never listen to the patients, always try to yell to patients' face when they have the opinion.
You should not go here for treatment or you lost much money and time for many times of useless treatments
This clinic is the most terrible service I've used in Japan!!! Never go back.

It's a tooth decay, but I've treated it three times. Also, I never heard the patient's opinion. Attitude is too bad. Shout directly to the patient. There is no culture of "hospitality".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 歯に衣着せずに ハッキリと物事をおっしゃってくれる先生です。「ダメなことはダメ」「間違ってることは間違ってる」と教えてくれる先生で 本当に信頼出来る歯科医院です。
衛生士の方 スタッフの方々も 本当に親身になって相談に乗ってくれたり 説明してくれるので 助かりました。歯科医恐怖症でパニック障害の私は ここの先生 スタッフの方々に大変お世話になり 治療を完了することが出来ました。今後も定期的に検査に伺いたいと思います。
