み	みすと on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 治療面素晴らしいんだけど… 電話対応のスズキさんの適当さ半端ない。友達との電話じゃないんだから、もう少しこの人は丁寧な受け答え出来ないんかなと毎回思う。最後切る時「はいっは〜い(ｶﾞﾁｬｯ」って切るけど、切る音が雑に受話器置いてるのがよくわかるほどうるさい。 The treatment is great, but ... ケ	ケビン・デュラント on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は、丁寧で優しく素晴らしいと思います。患者側に寄り添って話を聞いてくれます。予約は、かなり混んでいます。次の治療が、１ヶ月先になる場合もあります。すぐに治療したいと思われる方は、、、かも。待合室には、子供の遊ぶスペース、雑誌、テレビがあります。但し、小中学生向けの雑誌はないので自分で準備していってください。また、受付の方は、他の人が書かれているような感じです。 I think the teacher is polite and kind and wonderful. He will sit close to the patient and listen to you. The booking is quite crowded. The next treatment may be one month ahead. If you want to treat it right away, maybe. The waiting room has children's playing space, magazines and a TV. However, there are no magazines for elementary and junior high school students, so please prepare yourself. a	a o on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の人が替わったのでしょうか。電話応対が酷すぎます。他の予定が入り、バタバタしており、予約を忘れたのはこちらの落ち度なのですが、かけてくださった電話、会話が通じません。かけてくださった電話『あとで予定見て電話ください！』カレンダー確認してからかけ直すと『予約は、いつでも大丈夫です！今、会計中なんで、また予定確認して電話ください！』そもそも、予約はいつでも大丈夫ではないですよね？いつも、だいぶ先まで予約取れないし、こちらはカレンダー確認してかけ直してるのに、会計中？会計中で会話できないなら、会計前か会計後に電話をかければ良いのでは？治療面は、他の方も申されているように、素晴らしいのですが、受付は以前の落ち着いた方が素晴らしかったので、非常に残念なりません。いつなら、予約の電話かけていいんですか？歯科の終了時間ですか？会計って延々続きますよね？その辺、説明お聞きしたいです。受付の方が、パニック状態では非常に困ります。他に良い歯科が見つかれば、そちらへ行きたいと思ってしまいます。だって、これでは、予約が取れませんものね。 Was the person at the reception desk replaced? ラ	ラヴィーン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 改善するべき点電話対応について。上から目線の態度が気になります。あってはならない態度です。受付の方でしょうか。言葉遣いが荒いです。先生に診てもらう前に歯の掃除をしてくれたお姉さん。症状などを細かく聞いて下さり、器具の説明もして頂いて分かりやすく安心して身を任せることが出来ました。周りの機械音のせいで声が小さくて聞き取りずらいかもしれません。抜歯が難しいものはすぐ日赤になります。所々に高級品が目立つ印象でした。それ以外は印象薄いです。もう行きません。 Points to improve About telephone correspondence.
