★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 混むかな～と思って1130に入店しました。めんちかつ美味しかったです。どうやらオムライス＆エビフライがウリみたいで、多くの人がオーダーしてました。次回はそれにチャレンジしたいと思う。

THE昭和の食堂という雰囲気の店内ですね。先客や後客はほとんどの人が定食系を注文してました。しかもどれも美味しそうなので、注文したもやしそばが来る前からちょっと後悔(笑)
運ばれてきたもやしそばはすごいボリュームです！早速スープから一口、熱々スープはやさしめの?油ベースです。もやしメインの野菜の餡はとろみ強めで野菜の旨みたっぷりで、胡椒もたっぷりで、こんなに入れなくてもとちょっと思いましたが...
麺は中細で餡によくからんで美味しかったです。具材はもやしの他に豚肉、人参、ネギ等でした。
次回はやっぱり定食系を食べたいなと思いました(笑)

The noodles were medium-thin and well entwined with the bean paste and were delicious. In addition to bean sprouts, the ingredients were pork, carrots, green onions, etc.
Next time I wanted to eat a set meal (laughs)

野菜炒め定食¥850を注文。
最近、メインのお料理はもちろんなんですけど、同じく小鉢や漬物などの脇役も気になっているワタクシでございます。
やはり、小鉢や漬物まで手作りのお店はメインも美味しいところが多い。
こちらの角新食堂さんも、漬物がとても美味しかったです。大根は柚子が効いて、塩味ベースのほんのり甘酸っぱい味付け。
ゴーヤの佃煮は生姜の爽やかな香りの甘辛味で、手作り感満載で大変美味しかったです。
さてさてメインの野菜炒めですが、野菜炒めに入ってる豚肉の量がかなり多かった！
おそらく肩ロース？
脂身は程よく入って柔らかいお肉でした。
味付けはちょっと濃いめの塩ベースで、甘味はほとんど感じなかったのでサッパリ食べられました。私好みの味付けでした。
これでお値段¥850はコスパ良過ぎです。
テーブルに置いてあった手作りふりかけも、余計な物が入ってないので、安心して食べられました。
料理をしない一人暮らしの男性には是非オススメしたいお店です。

The pickles were also very delicious at this Kakushin Shokudo. Yuzu is effective for radish, and it is slightly sweet and sour with a salty base.
The bitter gourd tsukudani had a sweet and spicy taste with a refreshing aroma of ginger, and it was very delicious with a lot of handmade feeling.
By the way, the main stir-fried vegetables, but the amount of pork in the stir-fried vegetables was quite large!
Probably shoulder loin?
It was a tender meat with a moderate amount of fat.
The seasoning was a little strong salt base, and I didn't feel any sweetness, so I was able to eat it refreshingly. It was my favorite seasoning.
With this, the price of ¥ 850 is too good for cospa.
The handmade furikake that was placed on the table did not contain any extras, so I was able to eat it with confidence.
This is a restaurant that I would definitely recommend to men who live alone and do not cook.

まさしくこれぞ定食屋と言った佇まいで、妙に落ち着いて食事が出来ました。
中華風唐揚げ定食ともつ煮込み定食を注文しました。
特に唐揚げが美味しかったです。
次回訪問が楽しみになりました。
