★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ４カ月しか住んでいないのにも関わらず、退居時に細かな壁の擦り傷（洗濯機の裏等）まで指摘され多額の補修費を追加請求されました。私自身、転居を何度も経験しておりますが、名古屋市の他の物件で数年住んだ場合でも管理会社からこのような理不尽な請求をされたことは一度もございません。もう利用しません。
Even though I lived for only 4 months, when I moved out, I was pointed out that there were small scratches on the wall (the back of the washing machine, etc.) and I was charged a large amount of repair costs. I myself have moved many times, but even if I lived in another property in Nagoya for several years, I have never received such an unreasonable claim from the management company. I will not use it anymore.
