お客様の要望に少しても、応えるという意識が全く無いと感じました。

おばさんが対応してくれたが、そもそも客に対する言葉遣いや態度ではない。
またこちらの話を聞こうという気が全く感じられず、一方的に自分たちのルールを押し付けてくるだけでそもそも話し合うことができなかった。
長年地元で不動産業をやっているそうですが、その年数が悪い方に出ていると私は感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーナー目線で客を客と思わず軽んじている。どういう物の伝え方をしたのか知らないが、思わぬ方向に話がこじれていた上、大家さんとの関係が悪くなった。話の伝達に入られない方が良い。管理会社は何かとお世話になるので余計なトラブルを避ける為にも良識のある大手不動産屋さんをお勧めします。

I don't know what kind of thing I told him, but the story was awkward in an unexpected direction, and my relationship with the landlord got worse. いつも、隣の車が自分の車に寄せて駐車している人だったので問い合わせをしましたが直りませんでしたので
もう一度問い合わせをしたところ
「その人(隣の車の運転手)と会うことってありますか？」
と言われました。
ビックリしました。
会ったときに自分で言ってくれって事なんですかね。
仲介してくれると思って相談したんですがガッカリしました。
結局最後まで幅寄せは直ることなくその駐車場は解約しました。
