券売機で食券を買ってから、頼みたい食事の担当調理窓口に出す。
基本、セルフサービスだ。
富士大学の学生だけではなく、外部の人も食べに来ている光景を多く見る。
確認した訳では無いが、食堂は一般にも開放していると思う。

Basically, it's self-service.
I see many scenes where not only Fuji University students but also outsiders come to eat.
I haven't confirmed it, but I think the cafeteria is open to the public.
