明らかに暴言を吐かれ、自分の匙加減で物事を決める(そんな権限はないのに)悪徳な先生が居るにも関わらず。
入学はオススメしません。
It is a school with a secretary who states that he protects his teacher, not his students, when something goes wrong.
Apparently abusive, he decides things on his own (although he doesn't have such authority), despite a vicious teacher.
We do not recommend admission.
