The deity is Konohanasakuya Himemei. This area used to be called Seienkyo, and the Kashima Shrine (Osono) shrine, which was the guardian of the area, was divided into "Fuji in the east and Kashima in the west", but in 1646 It is believed that when the village was divided into Osono and Hananoi Village, "East Fuji" was separated and enshrined in this area (then the mountain of Osono Kashima Shrine, which we visited earlier, is our former chinjugami site. Is it Mt. Fuji?). It is a village shrine ranking in 1897.
Climbing up the slope from the narrow street toward the hill, there was a torii gate, and the shrine was enshrined in the guardian forest on the hill. The worship hall may have been renovated in recent years, and the main shrine of the sacred tree and the shroud is in the large Mizugaki behind it. It is a sacred area where you can feel the warmth of the sun and the passage of time more slowly and calmly than in the lower world.
