何年ぶりの窓口に用事があり寄りました。
星2つ少ないのは窓口・駐車場・営業時間。
窓口:飛沫防止柵とマスクで要件が聞き取りにくいので、もう少し声を張って話してほしいですね。コロナ前でも全体的に声が小さいと思ってましたが、今は尚更ですね?
駐車場:敷地狭いので、車の切り返しは大変です。入口奥はいつも開いてますが車の往来が激しいところなので、バックで入るのは至難の技ですね?
なので、すぐ近くのスーパーに止めて歩いた方が無難ですよ?
営業時間:コロナ対策で11:30〜12:30迄窓口シャッターで閉まってました?
昼休みに用事あっても出来ませんね…
フロアーの男性社員？だけは声張って対応してくださいましたので星1つプラスしましたよ?

Parking: Due to the small site, it is difficult to turn around the car. The back of the entrance is always open, but it is a difficult technique to enter in the back because the traffic of cars is heavy ?
So it's safer to stop at the supermarket nearby and walk ?
Business hours: Due to corona measures, it was closed by the window shutter from 11:30 to 12:30 ?
I can't do it even if I have something to do during the lunch break ...
