中	中村さん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数か月前から丁寧な接客をしようと局をあげて取り組んでいるようです過剰にも感じますが過去の酷さがあるのでこれぐらいしないと　信頼は取り戻せないのかなとも思いますでもとても素晴らしい郵便局に変わってると思いますこれからも頑張ってくださいどうすればあんなに接客の対応も業務のスピードも変わるのか（いい方向に）教えてほしいぐらいです 2020年5月現在入口の郵便の窓口の女性の対応のひどさにビックリ（数年前）中の郵便窓口の対応の遅さに毎度びっくり ↑過去の投稿 From a few months ago It seems that the bureau is working to treat customers politely I feel overkill, but because of the harshness of the past I don't think I can regain the trust without this. e	eno Roku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大型郵便局です。局員の方の応対も丁寧で、気持ちよく利用しています。駐車場は広く、出入りがしやすく安心です。ゆうゆう窓口は24時間ではないので時間に注意です。休日に発送しようとしたら時間オーバーで窓口が閉まっていた、という事がありました。近くには公園やスーパー、ドラッグストアや１００均まであり、駅からも近く利便性の高い郵便局です。 It is a large post office. り	りか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 郵便局内ではないのですが、先日こちらの配達員の方（かなりのお婆さまです）が怒鳴っているところに出会しました。中年女性に罵倒を浴びせていたのですが、こっちは郵便配達しているんだから、顔見て住所がわかったらただではおかない、と。怒鳴られている女性は怯えていました。品がないのことに驚いたのですが、職業で知り得た情報をそういうことに使われるのか、と私も怖くなりました。私のところへ配達にいらして下さる局員の方は、とても良い方です。それだけに残念です。ご自身のお名前も怒鳴りながらおっしゃっていたので、その方にだけは配達されたくないです…。 It's not in the post office, but the other day I met a deliveryman (a pretty old lady) yelling at me. お	おさ虫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の16時位に行って来ました。郵便局の前は結構人が並んでいました。それなりに待たされたけど、ここに書かれてるような態度が悪いとか、遅いという事はありませんでした。土曜日が混雑する理由は、ゆうゆう窓口が1つしかないのと、取り扱い内容が多過ぎるのが原因なのかなと思います。 I went there on Saturday at around 16:00. There were quite a few people lined up in front of the post office. I had to wait for a while, but I didn't have a bad attitude or slowness as described here. I think the reason why Saturday is crowded is that there is only one Yu Yu window and there are too many contents to handle.

S	S K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鎌ヶ谷市内で一番大きい郵便局なのでゆうゆう窓口があります。ただ、受付の窓口が小さくて２名のスタッフさんが交互に色んなゆうパックの受け取りや郵便局が閉まってからの荷物の受付などをしているので、かなり並ぶことになるので、できるだけ平日の窓口に行くことをお勧めします。郵便の窓口はだいたいいつも同じスタッフさんで丁寧で優しいです。他の方の口コミを見ると低評価が多いけど、私はそこまで対応悪くないと思うんですけどね。とにかく、土日や夜間に行くときは公式サイトでゆうゆう窓口の開いている時間を調べてからが良いです。２４時間ではないのでご注意ください。 Since it is the largest post office in Kamagaya city, there is a Yu Yu window.
