小	小林 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 根元染めで三度利用しました。もともと感じの良い接客とは思いませんでしたが、サービスを求められる価格帯ではないので、そこまで気にしていませんでした。しかし三度目の時に私の髪の色味が前回より明るいと感じたらしく、全体染めをしてないかと威圧的に聞かれ（仮にしていたとしても、責められるようなことではないと思うのですが。）していない旨を伝えても不服そうな顔をしただけで返事もなし。こちらからすれば直近で染めたのは貴方でしょ？という感じなのですが…。私がブローしている際に別のスタッフにコソコソ文句を言っていて驚きました。帰り際に「遅くなってすいませんでした！」と大声で言われましたが、別のスタッフへのパフォーマンスと私への嫌味にしか聞こえませんでした。後日、カットで普通の美容室に行った際に、ここ数回のカラーでどんどん根元が明るくなってきていると指摘され、結局そちらで自然に修正してもらいました。何がしたかったのか全く分かりません。安い店が悪いとは思いませんが、このように接客でも仕上がりでも嫌な思いをするのなら、コストは掛かっても、質の良いカラー剤で気持ちの良いサービスを受けた方が絶対に良いと思いました。 I used it three times with root dyeing.
