坂	坂下俊夫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初訪問になります。こちらのお店は味噌担々麺と酸辣湯麺押しの様ですが、看板写真の味噌大肉(ターロー）麺に心奪われ大盛りで注文しました。スープはもやし・キャベツ・ニンジンにひき肉を炒め煮した札幌味噌スタイル？で超熱々。味付けは濃すぎず薄すぎず、見た目よりはアッサリかな。合わさる麺は中太モチモチの気持ち柔茹で。ただこのラーメンの主役は大肉！着丼時は箸は刺さるがちょい硬め？だったのでスープに沈めておきまして… しっかりと熱を入れると、赤身ホロホロ脂トロトロで少し濃い目の甘辛味付けの巨大な肉の塊はあっという間に胃の中に！これは一度試して頂きたいですね。正直好みの問題なのですが、もう少し味噌濃い目の方が自分好みなのですが… それでもなかなか美味しい一杯でした。次は味噌担々麺にチャレンジしようと思います、ごちそうさまでした！味噌担々麺の大盛りを頂きました。ベースの味噌ラーメン部分は大肉(ターロー）麺と一緒っぽいですね、野菜の甘味がある優しい味です。上にのった辛肉味噌を溶きながら食べるとパンチのある辛味が楽しめます。芝麻醤の担々麺とは違いますが、なかなか美味しい一杯でした。期間限定でゴマ担々麺やっているみたいなのでこっちも食べてみたいですね！ごちそうさまでした！ This is my first visit. シ	シューマ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 汁なし担々麺を頂きました。自家製の辛肉味噌を中心にとても旨味が強く、非常に満足できました。学生は大盛り無料なのも良いポイントです。 22/01/16 味噌大肉麺(¥1030)をいただきました。端的に言うと、非常に美味しかったです！特に男性で肉が好きという方には、大いにおすすめしたいラーメンです。特徴的なのが、ラーメンの中央にあるどデカい肉。写真では伝わりにくいですが、最初に見たときその大きさにびっくりしてしまいました(笑)。この肉が噛めばやわらかくホロホロ、味も濃すぎず薄すぎずちょうど味噌に合うような味付けで非常に美味しく、満足感がとてもありました。味噌ラーメンも安定の美味しさで、じんわりとした味噌味と同時に多くのうまみがあり、もやしやにんじんといった野菜たちも美味しく食べることができました。大変美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。 I had Tantanmen without soup.
