当時、バスケットボールで手術しないと治らないと言われた大怪我をしてしまい、諦めてた時にコーチに紹介されたのがきっかけでした。
医者には「最低でも復帰まで6ヶ月はかかる」と言われていたのですが、
「3ヶ月で、かつ怪我前の状態よりもパワーアップして必ず戻してやる」と言われたことを今でもはっきり覚えています笑
結果、確かな知識と技術でまさにその通りになり鈴木先生が一生の恩師となりました。
おかげさまで、今でもバスケは続けており定期的にお世話になってる大好きなトレーナーさんです。
私の周りで怪我した人がいたら真っ先に薦めて、すでに5人以上がお世話になってます！笑
とにかく、まずは1回試してみてください。
