桜の花びらの舞う
こぶりで カワイイ包みを開けると
桜の香りが ふわっと広がります

寒天で寄せた桜色の道明寺粉で
こしあんを包んだ
桜餅の味わいの上生菓子です

こしあんの甘みは 強めですが
後をひかずに 上品
.
周りの道明寺羹(どうみょうじかん) に
＊寒天で寄せた道明寺粉
よく見ないと分からないくらいに
細かく刻まれた
桜の葉が塩梅よく入っていて
桜餅の香りと味わいを演出しています

もっちりとした食感は 弱いですが
ひとつで 満足感のある
お茶菓子として 秀逸な和スイーツでした

お茶を煎れ直して いただきました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年10月の土曜日に訪問。どら焼きがあればと思いましが、あいにくと期間限定との事でありませんでしたが、美人な店員さんに調べていただき、11月のどこかでは予定されているとの事。オーソドックスなものの場合もあれば、抹茶などの場合もあるそうです。お店は阪急百貨店のB1F、北側の入口から入ってすぐのところです。
Visited on Saturday, October 2019. I was wondering if there was a dorayaki, but unfortunately it wasn't limited to a limited time, but a beautiful clerk looked into it and it was planned somewhere in November. Some may be orthodox, others may be green tea. The store is located on the B1F of Hankyu Department Store, just after entering from the north entrance.

Visited at the same time as the store opened on weekdays. A very friendly and low-profile middle-aged man? I had you serve customers. Next time I want to buy from that clerk.
