★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家の中の階段でこけてしまい形が崩れましたが、ケーキ事態は、甘すぎないで美味しかった。
ケーキの中にも沢山苺が入っていて最高でした。
ただ、残念だったのは、プレートがカチカチの砂糖で不味かった。
クッキーとかチョコレートにしたら、言うこと無しだと思う。

今回は「せとかショートケーキ（税抜き570円）」と
「苺ショートケーキ（税抜き600円）」を購入しました。
ここのケーキはスポンジもクリームもフルーツもいいですねー。
これまで写真をあげていなかったものを含めてアップしておきます。

プリンサンドがお気に入りですが、新栗バージョンがあったので購入してみました。

2021年4月
苺ショートケーキ（600円）とメロンショートケーキ（660円）を頂きました。どちらも美味しい。上質で新鮮な卵を使っているのでしょうか、スポンジケーキがいい。生クリームも後味が良く、嫌な味の脂肪分を感じない。苺とメロンも文句ない。スポンジケーキがフワフワなのよりしっとり重い方がいいとか、こってりしたクリームが好きな人はこの軽さが物足りないと言う人がいそうですが、私の好みには合っています。素材の味わいをよく引き出しているケーキだと思います。

I had strawberry shortcake (600 yen) and melon shortcake (660 yen). Both are delicious. I wonder if they use high quality and fresh eggs, I like sponge cake. Fresh cream also has a good aftertaste, and you do not feel the fat content of the unpleasant taste. Strawberries and melons are also perfect. Some people say that the sponge cake should be moist and heavy rather than fluffy, or that this lightness is not enough for those who like thick cream, but it suits my taste. I think it's a cake that brings out the flavor of the ingredients.

A bit on the pricey side though. They are located in sogo yokohama B1, and i think i saw one in takashimaya shinjuku as well. Must try!
