も	もこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 髪質改善といっているが、改善は全く改善しない。何回かやらないと効果が見えないといわれ数回通ったが、毎度ごわごわしてむしろまとまりづらくなり他の店舗の髪質改善にいってしっとりした髪に直してもらった。他のお店の髪質改善は、スチームやアイロンを使って成分を浸透させていたが、こちらのお店はスプレーで吹き掛けて揉み込むのみ。(多少気休めにスチームあててたかもしれないが、記憶にないくらい) 髪質に合わせたトリートメントはこだわって選んでいると思いますが、髪質髪質ではなく、ただのトリートメントレベル。また、店主は接客業をする気はあるのだろうか。チェックシートに基づいて無機質に尋問をし、こちらの髪型の希望を伝えようとしても返事もしない。(すごくよく言えばクール) うまく言葉にできずにいると、「薬剤作ってきます」と行ってしまう。客の要望を聞きたくない感じ。当然ながら、イメージしていた髪型とはかけ離れた仕上り。アシスタントの女性スタッフさんはとてもいい人で、その時間が唯一の安らぎ。髪質が改善するなら…と我慢して通ってきたが、5万円以上かけても何も改善しないどころかごわごわになって後悔しかないです。 Although it is said to improve hair quality, the improvement does not improve at all.
