S	Satoshi Murakami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜に訪問しました。・寒鰤刺し・春菊の肉巻きフライ・ほうれん草とベーコンのにんにく炒めを頂きました。お通しは三品が一皿にもられています。温かい品がありました。温かいお通しがあるのは少し好感触です。春菊の肉巻きフライは、初めての料理で美味しかったですが、若干の食べ難さを感じます。大根おろしが添えられていて、いい感じです。ほうれん草とベーコンのにんにく炒めは、すこし脂っこいですか。美味しかったですが、全部は食べられませんでした。焼酎を飲めばいいのか、日本酒か、ワインか、飲み物の選択に悩みます。寒鰤刺しは、ボリュームがありました。しかし、白身部分に赤い斑点があり、何かと気になり、取り除いて食べました。後で調べたところ、血抜きがあまいか、ブリ糸状虫という寄生虫のようです。取ろうとしたところ、細長い赤いものが出てきました・・・。ブリ糸状虫であったとして、それは無害だそうですが、気持ちのいいものではありません。。。。少し素材に気を使われたほうが良いのではないかと思いました。創作料理？なども色々あるで、少し通ってみたいと思う反面、刺し身の状態にびっくりしたので、次回の訪問は迷います・・・。 I visited at night. ・ Cold yellowtail sashimi ・ Fried garland chrysanthemum ・ Stir-fried spinach and bacon with garlic I received.
