予約ですが、基本メールは返信が来なくて、電話じゃないとダメです。おそらく現場が忙しくメールを見る時間があまりないからだと思います。
作業ですが的確で丁寧。タイヤに関する知識も教えてくれてとても親切です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これまで3回ほどネットで購入したタイヤを直送でお店に送り、作業日を電話にて決めて来店作業してもらった。バルブ交換をセットで数百円／一本でお願いできるのでいつもセットでお願いしてます。予約時来店時対応もよくて数名の方が同時に作業してくれるので、丁寧で時間もそれほどかからずやってもらいました。また定期交換やパンクの時は交換作業をお願いしたいです。

タイヤ自体の値段も組み替えの作業費用も安く、40分程度で終わりました。
また次のタイヤ交換の際はお願いしようと考えています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッドレスタイヤをネットで購入してから履き替えを毎年お願いしてました。2020年12月に今後都筑店では履き替えできなくなるので、他店で履き替えしてもらってくださいと言われましたが、(テナントの契約更新出来たのかな？)
2021年以降も履き替え出来る事となったみたいで、引き続きお世話になってます。
クレカ使えますし、安いし、早いです。
皆さん感じのいいスタッフさんばかりです。
追伸、2021年冬からタイヤ預かりサービス完全に終了してしまいました。
夏冬タイヤの履き替え以外でも、今後もお世話になろうと思います。

店舗は大きくないので、見ればわかりますが、お店の在庫がすぐに合うのは稀です。たいていは他店とか、メーカーからの仕入れになるので、後日再来店して装着になるのか普通です。
中古のタイヤホイールセットはBMW系を得意としているようなので、サイズが合えば、とてもお得な時があります。
