★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホイールにキズを付けられました。タイヤ交換作業で、バランスを取る時に付けられた様です。バランサーの軸のネジ山の跡がホイールのセンターの穴にあり、塗料が剥がれてグチャグチャになっていました。
今まで他のショップなどで何度もタイヤ交換して、この様な事は1度もありませんでした。
作業中に気の緩みでバランサーのシャフト上にホイールを落として、キズが付いても報告ナシ。洗車すればその時気付く様なデカい塗料ハゲです。リムには小キズが多数ありましたが、酷い作業ミスです。
同時に頼んだバルブのパッキン交換も、ナットが締まっていなくてユルユルで、バルブが回転しています。いつ一気にエア漏れしてパンクしてもおかしくない状態でした。
二人で作業しているが、片方の人が途中から中古タイヤやホイールの梱包に行ってしまうなど、作業の伝達や責任感が無い様に感じられます。
茶髪の人と頭髪の薄い人が二人で作業したのですが、薄い人が一人で別の日に同じ作業をした時は良かったと思います。
2人の息が合ってない。と言わざるを得ないですね。
工賃が安いからといって、キズを付けて黙っているというのはショップとして有り得ない行為だと思います。
The wheel was scratched. It seems to have been attached when balancing the tire replacement work. There was a trace of the thread on the balancer shaft in the hole in the center of the wheel, and the paint was peeling off and making it jumble.
Until now, I have changed tires many times at other shops and have never had such a thing.
During work, I dropped the wheel on the balancer shaft due to looseness and reported no scratches. It is a big paint bald that you will notice at that time if you wash the car. The rim had many small scratches, but it was a terrible work mistake.
At the same time, I ordered the packing of the valve, but the nut is not tight and the valve is rotating. It was in a state where it was not strange that air leaked at once and punctured.
Although we are working with two people, it seems that there is no transmission of work or sense of responsibility, such as one person packing used tires and wheels from the middle.
A brown-haired person and a thin-haired person worked together, but it was good when the thin-headed people did the same work on another day alone.
The two are out of breath. I have to say that.
Even if the wages are cheap, I think that being silent with scratches is an impossible act as a shop.

着いてすぐに作業して頂き、お店の方と車の話をしていたらあっと言う間に終わり、かなりスムーズに対応して頂きました。4本交換で20分くらいです。
安くて早いためまた利用したいと思います。
ぜひオススメです。
I sent the tires directly from the manufacturer, made a reservation and changed the tires.
As soon as I arrived, I had them work, and when I was talking to the shop staff about the car, it ended in a blink of an eye, and they responded fairly smoothly. It takes about 20 minutes to exchange 4 bottles.
I would like to use it again because it is cheap and fast.
I highly recommend it.
