★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to many luxury retail stores worldwide, the staff in this one are unprofessional. We weren't greeted by anyone while we were in the store, we said hi but there was no response, nobody came over to ask if we need any help and to top it off when we left we said "bye" but again no response.
It's sad that these people are representing the Osaka boutique and Rei's Kawakubo's vision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service! Play series not available, don’t touch the clothing on the shelf because the staff will tell you off and they will quickly adjust in front of you. If I don’t touch, I won’t buy. Be customer oriented, not just display tidiness freak. Not worth entering, just go to Takashimaya or other Malls.
