★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主に温水プールを利用しています。建物は経年劣化を感じる箇所もありますが、利用に支障はありません。逆に懐かしさがあり、気兼ねなく利用できます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷房がほとんど効いていないので、とにかく暑い。特に、二階や3階が暑い。
平日は、空いてますけど、障害手帳を持ってないと、付き添い人以外は、入れません。駐車場は、青空なので、暑い。
It's hot anyway because the air conditioner is hardly working. Especially, the 2nd and 3rd floors are hot.
It is free on weekdays, but if you do not have a disability certificate, you will not be able to enter it except your attendant. The parking lot is blue, so it's hot.

ここに辿り着くまで、急な長い坂道になっているので、来られる時は気を付けて来て下さい。
後、8時に閉館で少し早いです。
自分は仕事が3交替なので時間の方は融通利きます。

Until you get here, it's a long, steep slope, so be careful when you come.
Later, it is a little early at 8 o'clock.
I have 3 shifts in my work so time is more flexible.

定休日以外、毎日してる講習会を受講すればいつでも500円で利用できます。
有料のジムと比べれば設備も揃っていませんが、一時利用と考えればまずまずは使えます。
近くのコミュニティ体育館のジムが200円で利用できることを考えると、500円も高く感じてしまいますが。
公共施設で設備の古さもあり、いまいちという評価にしました。
