その為、何らかの交通手段がなければ場所的には微妙な所にあります。
しかしながら一時利用が200円と安く、とても利用しやすいです。
ただし夏冬は冷暖房なしなので、高齢者の利用は避けた方がいいでしょうね。
私はジム利用してますが、フリーがそこそこそろってますし、機械もある程度の種類あるので、十分満足できています。
シャワーもありますし、春秋はとても利用し易いです。
猛暑時やとても寒い日は近くなら燦々プールか、ファインプラザを利用した方がいいでしょうね。
