★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フィアット500に興味があって訪ねた。事前連絡もなかったにも関わらず何から何まで非常に丁寧に接客いただいた。営業マンは非常に人当たりがよく知識も豊富。こちらからの質問に対してほぼノータイムかつ納得できる回答をしてくれた。飲み物もサービスしてくれるし、試乗も長めにしっかり乗らせてくれる。正直、国内メーカーのディーラーは、接客レベルも低く、この人べつに車好きじゃないんだろうな、と感じるような営業マンも多い。一方やはり海外車ディーラーは、その辺りのレベルが非常に高い。純粋に車の話をしていて楽しくなれた。まだ購入までには至っていないが、純粋にこのディーラーから買いたいと思えるような非常に満足度が高い体験だった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私はフィアット500を所有しておりますがここはまず駐車場が入れずらいです。
接客対応は悪くは無いのですが1年目の法定点検で本来なら一年保証が付いているにも関わらず無料のハズがお金を取られました。
何処も異常が無いのにお金を取ると言う事自体詐欺行為だと思います。
なのでここではカタログしか貰いに来る以外は用はありません。
輸入車専門の整備工場で見てもらった方がマシです。
車検もディーラーでやっていたらべらぼうの額が取られますので止めた方がいいと思います。
