20年以上トヨタだったけども
終わりにしました、平日も日曜も担当は居ない、そもそも営業さんが居ない、エンジニアが対応している
買い替えしたかったけども誰もいません
特に自動車保険はサギです、３年や２年で縛っておく
辞める時に気づくと思います
お気をつけ下さい

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新車を購入する際、トヨタにするか日産にするかで迷い、両方のディーラーに行ってみたが、まず店内に入った瞬間の対応に大きな差があった。
日産は、いらっしゃいませもなく、しばらくしてから、やっと声をかけてきたが、こちらの求めてることをあまり聞こうともしなかった。それに対してトヨタカローラの女性スタッフの方は飛んで来るようにこられ、こちらが求めているものは何か、じっくり聞いてくれて、的確な提案をしてくれた。
その後、男性の営業担当者に変わったが、その方も変に高い車を売ろうというのではなく、日頃の乗り方、家族構成に合った車を提案してきた。
本当にトヨタカローラのスタッフは教育が行き届いている。
これからも、このお店で車を買い続けようと思う。
When I bought a new car, I was wondering whether to use Toyota or Nissan, so I went to both dealers, but there was a big difference in the response the moment I entered the store.
Nissan didn't come and after a while, he finally called out, but he didn't listen to what he was looking for. On the other hand, the female staff of Toyota Corolla came to fly, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and made accurate suggestions.
After that, he changed to a male sales person, but he did not try to sell a strangely expensive car, but suggested a car that suits his daily riding style and family structure.
The Toyota Corolla staff are truly well-educated.
I will continue to buy cars at this shop.

待合いの時に出される飲み物がちゃんとグラスで出てきて、他店のようにドリンクバーの機械からそのまま持ってきたカップのようなものでなく、おもてなしの気持ちが感じられます。
整備に関しても車の状態をきちんと確認してから見積もりを出してくれて、フィルター交換など不要な場合は省略を提案してくれ信頼感があります。

The drinks served at the time of the meeting come out in a glass properly, and you can feel the feeling of hospitality, not like the cup that you brought from the machine of the drink bar as it is like other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高い値段からどんどん下げていくのは商売として必要なテクニックかもしれないが他の店も見に回っていて欲しい車の相場は大体把握していました。まず割引なしの値段を提示。これより安くなるか検討してみます！と言って10分待機され、提示された額は全然高く、今日は社長が来てるから安くしてくれるかも！と言って10分待機。それでも他の店の方が安く、痺れを切らして帰り、ここでの購入は電話で断りました。電話ではもう少し安くできたと言っていたが、どんだけ客を試してるの？とうんざりしました....
