築7年ほどで外廊下のコーキングが剥がれ2階の床がグスグスで抜けそうです。安くても絶対手
を出さないほうがいいです。入居者に怪我をさせてしまってからでは大変になります。あと自分の建物は瑕疵担保責任保険にも入っていませんでした。又中野区域はもうフエリスのアパートが乱立しているので入居つけも苦しい状況です。
