★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり悪徳。自分が気に入らない客と認識したらもうやりたい放題。電話しても切られます。敷金も返す返す詐欺ですね。帰ってきませんでした。泥棒慣れしてますね。気をつけたほうがいいですよ。

レビューにて様々なコメントがありますが、直接行って確かめられるのが一番だと存じます。
雰囲気が柔らかいところなので、なあなあにならないよう注意して希望はしっかり伝え確認することが大事かなとは思いますが・・・
少なくとも、色んな不動産屋さんを廻る上で候補の一つには挙げて良いかと。
物件を管理しているオーナー様とも連携が取れてるので(他の物件は分かりませんが)、お部屋のトラブル時の対処も早いです。

自社管理物件と言っているが、全く管理していない。
紹介された部屋がカオス。
二度と使わない。

普通に電気がつかないとかガスが出ないトラブルに基本的な知識がなくて、いちいち大家さんと相談しろとの投げやり。
とくに女の人の無知さがやばい。
こんなとこで部屋借りると絶対後悔する。
ふざけんな！！

しかし、私には合いませんでした。
すごく早口でまくし立てるように話すので責められているような感じがしてとても不愉快です。
あと、物件を見た後、こちらに同意を得ずに契約しようとしたり強引なところがあるのでハッキリと断ると決心して行くか、ハッキリと意見を言える友人同伴で行くことを強くお勧めします。

口コミを見て不安を覚えながらこちらを訪問したが、4軒目の不動産屋でやっと当たりを引けた。
紹介する物件が条件と微妙に外れていたり接客に難があったりとそんな不動産屋が続き不信感を覚えていたが、ネクストさんでは条件にピッタリの物件を紹介してもらえた。
物件案内も過不足のない説明で私には丁度良かった。慇懃無礼なところも馴れ馴れしさも無くて満点の接客だったと思う。
もう入居しているが条件通りの物件で、住んでから分かる不具合や不都合みたいなものも無かったので感謝している。クチコミの低評価とは真逆だったので、不動産屋は逆恨みを買いやすいのかも知れない。

I visited here with anxiety after seeing the word of mouth, but I finally got a hit at the 4th real estate agent.

The property information was just right for me with just the right explanation. I think it was a perfect customer service without being rude or unfamiliar.
I have already moved in, but the property meets the conditions, and I am grateful that there were no problems or inconveniences that I could understand after living. It was the exact opposite of the low ratings of word-of-mouth, so real estate agents may be more likely to buy a grudge.
