★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪なアパート紹介された！入居して2ヶ月で退却！隣のおっさんとトラブル！ちゃんと隣のおっさん情報話してくれてたら入居しなかった！後々聞いたら隣問題人だったらしく！そこまで知ってても教えてくれなく！生活音ならトラブル起きませんからと言われいざ入居したら話と全然違う何度も相談したらキレられたし総合的に対応が悪すぎ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住民トラブル的なことを相談するたびに嫌そうな声での対応。結局解決どころか、うちもどうにもできないからとめんどくさそうに言われたことがある。正直管理的な面も適当だし入居者いれて満室にすることしか考えてないように感じる。
Residents Respond with a disgusting voice every time they consult about troubles. In the end, I was told that it was annoying because we couldn't do anything about it. Honestly, the management aspect is also appropriate, and I feel that I'm only thinking about filling up the rooms with residents.

接待的な扱いを期待しているとそこまでのサービスは感じられないと思いますが、不動産仲介業者としては丁寧に対応頂きました。
