M	MUFG Bank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ その場で評価せず、実際に紹介してる賃貸に住んでからにしましょう。見学しても、1週間くらい住んで見ないと分からないところがたくさんありますよ。破損場所が数箇所あり、見学ではわかない場所です。建物が薄いのか歩く音が下の階に聞こえるみたいです。生活音と騒音の違いも分からない住人も居ます。 1階で歩く場合と2階で歩く場合の気遣いは、当然2階の方が気をつけるのですが、その生活音である歩き音でさえ、「うろちょろしてんな！」って深夜に怒鳴る住人が居ましたが、失礼やな。なら、共同アパートに住むなよって話。先に入居してたから言いたい放題。歩く音が気になるなら最上階に住めって話。洗濯すれば毛玉なのか、ホコリなのか服に付きまくってた。たまに洗濯機に入れっぱの方も居ます。それに50代女性と見られる住人が2階通路で往復ダッシュしたりと意味わからん住人ばっかり。 1階の方はその下の階が無いので、ある意味、気楽ですよね。逆に入れ替わって仕返ししたいわ。こんな物件、人生で初めての最悪物件でした。既に他の物件を探してます。 Don't evaluate it on the spot, but let's live in the rent that we are actually introducing.
