★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく、自動車事故対応の遅さといい加減さ は他に類を見ません。追突事故にあいましたが。
① 事故翌日朝に電話を入れて、そのまま。夕方まで放置。コールセンターに苦情入れて、やっと電話がかかる始末。
② 追突事故という事案なのに、書類送りますという対応。しかも、翌日になっても、届かず。加えて、事故処理の流れも説明せず。
③日曜日に修理工場に入れたけど、金曜日になって修理工場から、保険会社から連絡ないので、修理にはいれませんと驚きの事実。
④責任ある上司を出してくださいといったら、私が上司で、ほかのものが電話したきりと、責任逃れのいい加減な応対をする担当者。
⑤安かろう、悪かろうの王道を突き進む損保。要するに電話ですべて済ませようとするコストカット会社で、クレーム対応が満足にできず、報告がされているかも怪しい監督責任もあいまいな会社。
みなさん、気をつけてくださいね。
