★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フリーウェイトはパワーラック2台、スミスマシン1台、フリーのベンチが2台、ダンベル各種と行った具合で、パワーラックでベンチプレスもスクワットもすることになる。
マシンは各種1台ずつのため、人が多い夜の時間は思うようにトレーニングできないことがある。
更衣室は個室が2部屋、シャワー室は別で個室が2部屋と狭め。またシャンプーやボディソープの設置はない。
上記の不便さはあるが、機種は充実してるためやりたいメニューは概ねこなせる。
The free weights were 2 power racks, 1 Smith machine, 2 free benches, and various dumbbells, so you could do bench press and squat with the power rack.
Since there is one machine for each type, it may not be possible to train as expected during night hours when there are many people.
There are 2 private rooms in the changing room, and 2 private rooms are separated from the shower room. There is no shampoo or body soap installed.
Despite the above inconveniences, the models are so extensive that you can generally handle the menu you want to do.

スタッフさんも挨拶してくれてすごくいいと思います。ただ、1人で迷惑なお客さんがいます。
いつも迷彩のズボンに紺のシャツを着てる人です。
顔はバイキングの小峠より小峠に似てます。
ダンベル放り投げるし、オラオラしてます。
その割にチビだし、筋肉ないし、チキンレッグです。あとスミスマシンばっか使っててとてもダサいです。あの〇ゲやろうがいなくなれば全てが平和になります。あいつがまだいるようだと、やめよっかなー。
