★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フリーウエイト用のラックをもう1台、伴いプレートセットももう1セット、ダンベルも30キロくらいまでは欲しいところです。
マシンは充実していてよいですが、本格派には物足りないかも。
I want another rack for free weight, another set of plates, and a dumbbell up to 30kg.
The machines may be enriched, but may not be enough for the authentic school.

2020年からランニングマシンでYou Tubeが見れなくなったことが少し残念です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シャワーのみ利用する人がいる。ジム利用後にシャワーを使いたいが、そういった人に占領されるのは気に触る。気になるのはそれぐらいで、あとはとても使いやすいジムだと思います。

非常に静かで集中してトレーニング出来ます。
スタジオが併設だとマナーが非常に悪いので、筋トレに集中したい方にはオススメ。
