。	。み on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段は他店舗のファストネイルを利用させて頂いているのですが、時間が合わなかった為初めて新宿店を利用しました。男性のスタッフの方が施術をして下さったのですが、オフをする際に除光液にしばらくつけた後器具で剥がせるかどうかこするのですが、その際にまだ明らかに剥がれにくい部分も無理矢理剥がされて、元々の爪のダメージもありますが右手の薬指と小指の爪に亀裂が入ってしまい、その他の爪もオフしただけなのにボロボロになってしまいました。その場で言えれば良かったのですが、店内にたくさん施術待ちされているお客様がいたのもありましたし、何より今まで何度も他店舗のファストネイルを利用してきましたが、こんな強引で威圧的な接客を受ける事が初めてだったので、ショックが大きく怖くて言い出せませんでした。それ以外にも、甘皮を仕上げる器具を床に落とした後何もせずそのまま戻したり、その男性スタッフがマスクをしているとはいえ何度も大きい咳をしたり、力が強すぎて爪を整える際も私の手や指などに器具が軽くこすれたりという事が何度もあり、スタッフの方も絶対に気づいているはずなのに謝罪の言葉など終始何もありませんでした。ファストネイルはジェルネイルを始めた時から通っているお店だったので、こんな接客を受けた事は今まで一度も無かったので、本当に悲しいです。スピーディーな対応を求めている方や爪が強い方などには良いかもしれませんが、そうではない方などは本当に来店するのを検討して頂いた方が良いと思いました。これ以上同じ被害に遭う方が出ないようにと思い口コミ投稿させて頂きます。 I usually use fast nails from other stores, but I didn't have the time, so I used the Shinjuku store for the first time. 投	投稿用垢r on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お金はそこまで沢山あるわけじゃないけど、やっぱりネイルは常に綺麗にしておきたいしパラジェルがいいと思っている私にはちょうどいいサロンです。他だとパラジェルって7000円台〜なのにここだと5000円台〜出来るので助かります。色変更が無料なので、暗色にしたら被らなさそうな元が淡色の気に入ったデザインを赤や黒でお願いすることが多いです。ラメの種類・在庫があれば飾りの色も変更できます。時間勝負なお店なところが良くもあり悪くもあり。本当に迅速に終わるのでビックリします。小さいストーンくらいならワンカラーでなくとも40分くらいで終わります！硬化前後に一回一回確認を促されるので、その際に色味等をよく確かめればそこまでミスマッチなく且つスムーズに終わります。次回予約を入れるとスタンプが貯まり、割引券として利用できます。高いサロンも行ってみたいですが、パラジェル290円のファストネイルさんにこれからもお世話になると思います。よろしくお願いします。 I don't have that much money, but after all I want to keep my nails clean and I like Paragel, so it's a good salon. Plus... the method they use to take it off is VERY bad for the nails. The manicure is fast but very regular and few nail color to choose. I paid 13.000 yenes for something simple. So at less you have NO gel and you want fast but bad done nails.... dont go there.
