ただ裾直しの依頼から受け取り証発行まで結構時間がかかったかな。

お店の詳しい事情まで客は知りません。
品物が店舗に無ければ本部？より取り寄せてもらえるものだと思ってしまうのが客です。
県内の店舗に無ければ取り寄せ出来ない等、考えもしませんので、一方的に喧嘩腰に捲し立てるように話されても不快感しかないです。
発売されたばかりの品物が店頭にあるかどうか伺った時も頑なに品番が分からないと調べられない。と一点張りで、特徴ある品物なので売り場に行って確認してくれてもいいのでは？と思えました。
他の店舗さんでは確認してくださいました。
機嫌が悪かったのか、面倒臭かったのか分かりませんが対応悪すぎです。
