店舗の外にまで、バームクーヘンが焼けるバターの香りが溢れ、
スイーツ好きには幸せなひとときです。
白砂糖がかかったバームクーヘンの白いヤドカリを購入。
濃厚バターの香りに甘さ控えめな上品な美味しさ。これで1650円はとてもリーズナブルです。
あわせて、皮がサクサクで濃厚メロンカスタードクリームがたっぷりのメロンクリームパン、250円
クルミヌガーバー 200円。鎌倉のクルミっ子のようにクルミの香りと食感の濃厚クリームが、食べるほどに幸せになりました。
国道51号線で大洗から鉾田の海岸線ドライブで、ちょっと立ち寄れる素敵なお店です。
イチゴ狩りも大人気、持ち帰りのツヤツヤ新鮮なイチゴもお手頃で箱買いできます。
駐車場は豊富にあります。

夏休み⛱️の平日に伺いましたが、若い方が大半で、カップルも多く来店されてます。
喫茶の店に入りましたが、数組が待ってましたが、数分で着席です。
支払いは前払い➰先にレジで支払いをして注文しますが、レジの女性の対応が悪いですね?たまたま、注文を言い間違えたら「そんなのは無いです〰️1種類だけです！無いですね！」と、冷たい対応ですねぇ?レジはお店の顔でも有りますから、丁重な対応が求められますね!
支払時にペイペイは使えるか？尋ねると【現金だけです➰あとはクレジット】ですね?
まぁ、忙しいからと思いますが、もう少し教育が必要かも?と思いました^^;
食事を終えて、席を立ち帰るためレジの横を通りましたが【ありがとうございました】の一言も無く【無視?】先に金を払ってるから、帰りはどうでもいいって感じの対応です。
そもそも、先払いって➰どうでしょうかね⁉️

更に私が好きなのはドイツ製法のバームクーヘンです。食べていくほどに旨みが増す感じがたまらないです。
今までチョコレートのバームクーヘンが売切れていて買えないので次回こそ購入したい〜

平日のお昼だったせいか、店内は空いていましたよ。
メロン農家のフルーツポンチも食べたかったのですが、午前中で完売してしまっていたので断念。
本日いただいたのは
スペシャルメロンパフェ（1650円）
メロンのアイスがとっても美味しかった。
ミルク感たっぷりのミルクアイスとメロンアイスが
ミックスされてるから最高な美味しさです。
メロンも甘さ控えめなのでアイスとぴったり?
美味しくいただきました。
コットンキャンディ（1408円）
見た目の期待感に頼んでしまいました?
いちごシロップをかけると、ふわふわわたあめが
魔法のように一瞬で溶けていき、中から可愛い
うさぎちゃんが?出現?

スイーツでした?
紅茶と自家製メロン紅茶（460円）をいただきました
メロンの風味がとっても感じられる
美味しい紅茶でした。
他のお店では中々巡りあえない、深作農園ならではの紅茶ですね?美味しかったです。
メロンのコースターも特別感があっていい感じ?
お土産に深ふかメロンロール（1728円）
たまごたっぷりのロールケーキにメロンの角切りが
入って、香りも良くて美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週末は入れない事があり、平日にゆっくりお邪魔しました❗️ケーキの盛り合わせがこのボリュームで確か850円ぐらい?美味しかったです。今回は苺のモンブランを一緒に頂きました。苺農園だけあって、乗ってる苺も大きいし甘い。前回頂いたメロン紅茶も美味しかったなぁ。今度はパスタも食べてみたい。
駐車場が店の近くのは今回平日でも苺狩りの人達でいっぱいでした?奥に確かにありますが、ちょっと遠かったです 笑

一度に全部は食べられないので、白いやどかりを購入させていただきました。
とてもおいしかったです。
オンラインでも購入できるようです。
次は違うものも食べてみたいです。

バームクーヘンの種類が多くて迷いましたがプレーンタイプのLサイズを購入。
日持ちもするし、大人数でも満足するサイズを扱っていて良かったです。
個数分の紙袋もお願いしたら無料で付けて貰えて良かったです。

ようやくフカサクさんに行って来ました。
美味しそうなスイーツやバームクーヘン等が沢山有り目移りしてしまいす(笑)
スイーツのテイクアウトの他にイチゴソフトクリームをいただきましたが、苺の甘さに少し酸味の効いたソフトクリームのバランスがとても美味しかったです！
近くに来た際にはまた寄らせて頂きます
