地域住民との親密さは重要なものですし、それをコンビニで行うことには大きな意味があると思います。しかし、それはあくまで仕事上のホスピタリティという面からどのような客層に対しても均等に行われるべきものであり、私情によって特定の客層と個人的な親密さを持つこととは区別されるべきです。
上記の店員に関しましては、特定の客との仲の良さに傾倒するあまり、他の客へのレジ対応などがおろそかになるなど、非常に差別的な対応をしておられます。このような対応はサービス業としてあってはならないことであり、またそのような接客を行う店員が店の上層に配置されていることも問題であると思われます。
これからのファミリーマートさんのサービス向上に期待を込めて、星1つをつけさせていただきます。

However, it should be equally applied to any customer base in terms of business hospitality, and it should be distinguished from having personal intimacy with a specific customer class by private information .
With regard to the above clerks, we are very discriminatory, such as being too inclined to be good friends with specific customers and neglecting cashier correspondence to other customers. Such a response is something that should not be done in the service industry, and it seems that the problem is that the store clerk who performs such customer service is located in the upper layer of the store.
With expectations for the future improvement of FamilyMart's services, I will add one star.
